Mark is Bajon Salon & Spa's Director of Operations and Owner. Mark has a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and, after spending 22 years in sales and sales management in corporate America, decided to become an entrepeneur.
Mark's responsibilities at Bajon Salon include marketing and sales, merchandising, technology improvement and implementation, salon maintenance, accounting and cost control and all computer, network and web facilitation.
Mark Welch is one of the most well respected businessmen, not only in West Chester, OH, but in all of Cincinnati. Mark is a member of the West Chester Chamber Alliance, the Union Centre Boulevard Merchant Association, is on the Steering Committee for the Central Business District and is the Marketing Chairman for Referrals for Success Business Networking group in West Chester, OH.
